For the health and well-being of the human organism, water must be light, i.e. it must have a low mineral salt content. The lower the mineral salt content, the greater the beneficial diuretic effect on our organism.
The measure that indicates the lightness of water is its electrical conductivity, which is expressed in microsiemens/cm. The law allows a maximum admissible value of 2,500 microsiemens/cm for aqueduct water.
A reverse osmosis water refiner determines an electrical conductivity value between 20 and 130 microsiemens/cm which is the value for having
the optimal purifying effect of a water.
