Will it be good value for money to buy a water purifier?

It is fair to point out that the price of a water purifier for domestic use depends on several variables, but mainly:
- Depending on the type of filtration stage you want to achieve, an ultrafiltration purifier will guarantee a good result but will certainly always cost less than a reverse osmosis purifier, which uses a much more advanced technology to guarantee maximum results in water purification.
- the configuration of the kitchen and the materials used to make the worktop (any domestic water purifier is positioned at the water connection under the sink) and the type of installation preferred (under-sink, under-sink, with or without a separate tap for purified water).
- The type of water coming out of the tap; harder or heavier. Simple tests can be used to determine the electrical conductivity value and thus recommend the most suitable and effective purifier.
- The type of purifier configuration to be installed; there are purifiers on the market that only deliver water at room temperature and purifiers that can deliver natural ambient, natural cold and sparkling cold water; the former will certainly be less costly.
When choosing and buying a water purifier, all these possibilities must be weighed up, but the function of these devices must always be kept in mind: to make the water ideal for the function it performs in our organism.
