The water supplied from a tap connected to any water refiner that works with the principles of ultrafiltration or osmosis (in compliance with current regulations) does not contain any chlorine at all, so the purified water can be kept in a bottle for up to a day and a half before being used. After this time, the same water is subject to bacterial load and therefore no longer recommended for food use.
